Jetson hoverboards are water resistant, not waterproof. You should not ride them during inclement weather or through puddles or other large bodies of water and mud.
Turn off the hoverboard and place it on a flat surface with the pads facing up. Please make sure that the pads are facing up during this entire process. Push in the ON/OFF button and do not let go. Please continue to push in the button even after hearing “Powered on.” Do not release the button until you hear “calibration successful.” You can now turn off the device and turn it back on. Your device will be back to factory settings.
Please note: If you adjusted your skill level in app, you may have to readjust it after recalibrating.
Try recalibrating your board. If that doesn't fix the issue, check if both pads have power by testing each pad independently. If one of the pads doesn't have power please contact support at email@example.com
First, recalibrate the board. If this doesn't solve the issue, try adjusting the sensitivity level in the Ride Ready app. You can also try lowering the driving force and/or max speed for the hoverboard in the app as well.

No, the hoverboards are designed that way.
Please make sure you are connected to your hoverboard via Bluetooth and your device is on. You will not be able to change your skill level while you are on your hoverboard, please dismount the hoverboard and try again. You will notice a confirmation by sound on your hoverboard and a change in your settings in the app.

Depending on what type of work needs to be done, either a Bicycle Shop, an Electric Bike Shop or a Scooter shop can perform maintenance on your bike. Jetson Bike can directly supply any Jetson-specific parts to you or the shop as well as answer any questions regarding maintenance procedures.
Each Jetson Gen 1 Electric Bike has a unique set of keys, just like your car. This is for added security to ensure no one else can access your bike. Each bike comes with two keys, so we suggest carrying one with you and keeping the spare in a safe place. If you do happen to lose both keys, you can replace the ignition set by calling customer service at 888-976-9904 and supplying us with your original purchase documentation.
Please use the same key you use for the ignition, find the key-slot on the left side of the bike below the seat and pop open!
On a Jetson Gen 1 Electric Bike you can find the serial number on the frame behind the rear shock. Please note that the motor and battery also have their own serial numbers as well.
